Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect individual integrations at any time from within the app:

• WhatsApp.Disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from Dashi's settings. Once disconnected, Dashi stops receiving and processing your WhatsApp messages.
• Gmail and Google Drive. Disconnect from the email settings page in Dashi, or revoke Dashi's access from your Google account permissions.

To delete your Dashi account and all associated data, email us at sasugihara@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. This includes your account details, WhatsApp messages and media processed by Dashi, connected integration data and OAuth tokens, and content stored in your projects.

We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, records needed for tax or accounting purposes) and residual copies in backups, which are purged on a rolling basis. Retained data remains protected under our Privacy Policy.
