Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Fuse Analytics Limited ("Dashi", "we", "us"), the operator of the Dashi service. By creating an account or using Dashi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Dashi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Dashi is an AI assistant for teams that works over WhatsApp and the web. You can forward files, voice notes, and requests to Dashi, and it helps sort them into projects, track people and deals, and get work done. Dashi optionally integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp (via the WhatsApp Business Platform), Gmail, and Google Drive.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

You agree not to:

• use Dashi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our written consent; or
• use the service in violation of Meta's WhatsApp Business terms or Google's API terms.

You retain all rights to the messages, files, and other content you submit to Dashi. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the service, including processing by the AI and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit the content you share with Dashi, including content relating to your contacts and team members.

Dashi connects to third-party services such as WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), Gmail, and Google Drive. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. If a third party suspends or changes its APIs, some Dashi features may become unavailable.

Dashi uses artificial intelligence to summarize, organize, and respond to your content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review outputs before relying on them, and you are responsible for decisions made based on them. Dashi does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.

The Dashi service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Fuse Analytics Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You may stop using Dashi and request account deletion at any time (see our data deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuse Analytics Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for all claims arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim and 100 GBP. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
